More than your typical trainer class, we will train you to be more powerful than ever! We don't just sit and spin, our training plan is built specifically for cyclists!
Starting October 25th!! We train on Tuesday and Thursday nights with weekend riding assignments.
What does the class consists of?
We hired an instructor with a Master Degree in Sports Physiology and designed a program. There’s not a week that goes by where someone tells us that they want to get faster and climb hills better. We want to help you achieve your cycling goal. Your commitment would be 2x per week following an instructor led class (indoor on a trainer) and there would be optional homework on the weekend (the homework fits a long term periodization model to help you achieve your cycling goal(s)). There is a fundamental difference between training and riding. If getting better on hills, being able to ride longer, increasing your average speed or just getting a good workout this class we off may be for you. All welcome! No one gets dropped on a trainer.
You will have 3 options to participate:
Commit to the entire training session: October 25th - March 30 Ride indoor Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and you will have weekend homework (rides) to supported by the Sports Science. The program was written by a Katherine Fredlund (MS Sports Physiology). It works and you will be in peak performance ready to enjoy the 2017 Cycling Season. $240.00 Best value! Pay as you go: Tuesdays and Thursday Sit and Spin come as often as you like, get a hard workout etc. The cost will be $10.00 Session.
-Trainer setup at 6:30pm
-Class begins at 6:45pm and runs until 7:45-8:00pm
